Yearbooks will be distributed on Monday, May 23, 2022
Yearbooks are here!!  On Monday, May 23 a group of students and Mrs. Burton will be delivering books to you. They need to be handed out to your Statesmen Time students on Monday, May 23.  Below are the distribution instructions (a hard copy will also be delivered with the books). In order for us to sell the few extra books that were ordered, it is critical that all distribution steps are completed on Monday, May 23 BEFORE HEADING DOWN TO THE TRACK. Please read through the following and let Christy Burton know if you have any questions.

Yearbook Distribution Instructions

Green = personalized book - CHECK FOR NAME ON THE COVER!

Yellow = student gets a yearbook - no personalization

No color = no book

  • Have the student sign the roster sheet when you hand them their yearbook, this serves as a record of delivery - very important.

  • Have students write their first & last name in the front cover of their book (they will not be replaced if lost/stolen/misplaced).

  • By the end of Statesmen Time today, send a student with this sheet and any undistributed yearbooks to room 121 (foods room)

    • Christy Burton will deliver books to students that are absent on delivery day.

  • If a student thinks they have purchased a yearbook, but were not on your list, please make a note on this sheet and Christy Burton will investigate and contact the student.

PLEASE READ TO YOUR STATESMEN TIME STUDENTS:

There are VERY few extra yearbooks. A limited number will be sold during each lunch period at a table outside the auditorium starting tomorrow. Students may only purchase a yearbook during their assigned lunch time. First come, first serve, no holds, $20 cash only, until they are gone.
